Hi I'm hoping you can shed some light on this as I've thought about it so much and looked it up but I really don't know.
My mum has a brain tumour which she was diagnosed with in 2016. She had some treatment and then yearly scans to see if it's dangerous and that it isn't growing too much. During covid the scans stopped and every time my mum called up the hospital said she would hear soon but she never did.
At her eye test earlier in the year they found inflammation in both eyes and my mum is reporting no peripheral vision and a loss of central vision. So she's been urgently referred and has tests coming up this month and I'm just wondering if the above to you sounds like it's the tumour or if it's just another eye problem?
The optician wasn't sure which is why he referred my mum to the hospital. She's got to have an indepth eye test at the hospital and see the eye doctors, then an MRI and then an appointment about her MRI results.
I love my mum so much and I'm really worried about her. I just wanted to ask I'm hoping you can help me better understand as right now I'm not sure what's going on.
