I am not sure whether swimming would be advisable as there is always the risk of picking up an infection in a swimming pool. I think it would be better to get the advice of your team at the hospital who have seen your recent blood count.

With very little information about your cancer it is difficult for us to give an opinion. Some immunotherapies may cause a rash which may be exacerbated by the chlorine in the pool.
