I had a RARP in August was told clear margins where achieved 6weeks later undetectable PSA at that time undetectable again in Dec but 3.7 at the latest test in March
As cancer information nurses not involved in your care, we are unable to say what this rise in your PSA means. The best person to discuss this with would be your cancer specialist or specialist nurse (CNS) as they know your situation.
If you haven't been given a follow-up appointment with your specialist, it might be worth contacting their secretary to see if this can be arranged.
