Treatment for low grade ovarian cancer

Hi I have been diagnosed with low grade ovarian cancer stage 3B since Jan when I had a full hysterectomy and removal of my omentum. 

Unfortunately despite there being no visible cancer following my surgery it's reoccurred only 10 weeks later.

I spoke to my consultant and opted to have chemo but now I'm wondering whether my desicion was informed enough and maybe I should look more at the hormone treatment instead. 

As an added complication I have a partial blockage of both ureters and chemo cannot commence anyway till I get a better kidney function. 

I'm looking to find out what would be my best option right now.

    I am sorry that your cancer has come back, I can't imagine where your head must be with it all. Unfortunately, we are unable to tell you your best option as we can't give medical opinions.

    Do sit and write out any questions that you have about your treatment options to go through with your doctor or specialist nurse over your next appointments. Or if you have contact numbers for the nurse do give them a call.
