Hello .I had a core biopsy yesterday and I am taking paracetamol. I'm also using a heat cushion. Is it normal to have pain in my arm and down into my hand ?
As you can see on our information aboutcore needle biopsy, experiencing some pain and discomfort after this procedure isn't unusual but this is usually around the area where the biopsy was taken.
If you are continue to having this pain down your arm and into your hand I suggest you speak with your GP or the breast unit directly so they can assess you.
