My psa has gone from 1.6 to 4.6 in 12 weeks I last had hormone jab 12 months ago I have had radium my cancer was advanced but had not spread is this concerning?
I am sorry you are concerned about your PSA results but I am afraid I cannot say whether this is anything to worry about. Your doctor or specialist nurse is best to answer your question as they know you and your cancer.
What I can say is that the PSA can increase for reasons other than cancer. But for information more appropriate to your situation, do talk to your team.
