I'm sorry to read about what's happening. It sounds like you are going through a lot.

People vary in how they recover from surgery. Some are discharged from hospital within a couple of days but others will be in hospital for longer as they recover from the side effects associated with the surgery.

Hopefully people will come along and post their experiences here as this is the ‘ask the nurse ‘section. If not, you could try posting on other threads to see if you get more responses.
