If you haven't done already, do seek initial advice from your GP. They may want to send off a stool sample to check for a viral or bacterial infection of the bowel first.

They may contact your hospital team on your behalf, or suggest that you make contact with them directly for another assessment of your symptoms and advice.

In the meantime your GP can prescribe loperamide capsules to help reduce your diarrhoea. Try and reduce high fibre foods and fresh fruit/juices for now too.
