It does sound reassuring that the ultrasound clinic did not find anything suspicious but as I am not involved in your care it is really very difficult for me to say anymore.

As you were seen privately it is not uncommon for the doctor to ring and go through the results of the test.

Try not to over think it for now and hopefully you will hear from the doctor soon.
