Without being involved in your boyfriends care it is difficult for us to know why your boyfriend is having another blood test in 25 days. I am sure that if they were very concerned then they would be checking his blood sooner.

If he has a haematology nurse it may be a good idea to give them a ring to try and get more of an understanding as to why this is happening.

Try not to read in to it all until you know more.
