Tamoxifen spotting

I'm on tamoxifen since completing chemo and radio for breast cancer nearly 3 years ago. My periods had returned but the most recent period hasn't appeared, and I'm now getting occasional spotting. Nothing major, literally just a small area on a liner and no more. Not sure if I should get a doctor's appointment to get checked out?

    It is probably best to get this checked out by your GP.

    It is probably nothing to worry about but it is always a good idea to let your doctor know in case they want to investigate it further.
