I had similar issues with my PICC line - the nurses were always able to work around it and there are things they can use to help - it never hindered any of the chemo sessions going ahead in the end.
Hello and thanks for posting,
If you have issues with your PICC line, you must make contact with your hospital team directly, or the chemotherapy day unit, to seek prompt further advice on this.
Out of hours then ring NHS 111.
Best wishes,

Thanks for replying it's flushing but won't give blood. I have an appointment on Thursday with my oncologist so I'll mention it.
I had this with 2 blood tests (cycles 3&4) It would flush but couldn't get blood out so they just did it the normal way.via a canula Then it was OK for 5&6. It didn't effect treatment as that was going in not coming out.
