I am sorry to hear about your surgery in 2022 and appreciate how this light bleeding out of the blue is puzzling you.

I'm afraid no one here can say what the matter is but there can be a number of reasons. Sometimes vaginal dryness can cause some light bleeding but if it continues do get assessed by your doctor.

Whilst it is reassuring your most recent scan was all fine if you notice further bleeding or anything else out of the ordinary do get it checked out.
