I am sorry to learn of your very difficult situation at the moment.

There is information and advice here if you have been removed from a GP practice. 

If you haven’t seen a specialist yet, you can expect to receive a letter with the date of your appointment at your home address. Once you have undergone any necessary tests and received your results, you may have registered with another GP.

If you have already seen a hospital specialist and have had scans and tests performed then you could speak to the consultant's secretary who may be able to give you the results or book you into the clinic.  Sometimes results are sent by letter to your home address.
