I am sorry to learn that you are having symptoms that are causing you some concern.

Unfortunately, we cannot say what the cause of your symptoms might be. There could be several reasons for what you are experiencing, but it does not mean that it is cancer. However, it is always best to be safe and get any new persistent symptoms checked by your GP. They will be able to examine you and refer you for any tests if necessary.
