I'm sorry to hear about the pain or change in motions you are having. Unfortunately no one here can say what might be causing these and it really is best to speak with your GP.
They can assess you and if needed run more tests to find out more.
Symptoms can be caused by different things and most of the time won't be the result of cancer.
