Hi. I was diagnosed with very early stage breast cancer (DCIS 4cm area of cells intermediate to high grade ) just before Christmas, and had a therapeutic mammaplasty on the left and a mammaplasty on the right side 2 weeks ago. I was feeling really positive, but my results came back yesterday and I was told that all of the cancer had been removed from my breast, whuch is great news however, they discovered some invasive cancer in the centre of the area removed, I now need to go back for an op on Thursday to remove some of my lymph nodes for a biopsy. I'm in shock, and now really upset and scared. I've also started to think about whether it's connected to a left shoulder pain I've had for about 7 months, and also wheezing I've had in my chest for about a year that I thought might be an allergy. Am I being paranoid? Should I mention it? If so, when should I tell them? Many thanks
