I mean as reports are clear and there are no B or other symptoms, so do we still can expect cancer in this patient as FBC counts are in normal range

Hello and thank you for posting,
I'm afraid that as nurses we cannot give a medical opinion on what is happening to this patient.
Once all the results come back the doctors will have a better idea of what they think may be going on, but until then it is just waiting which I understand is difficult.
It is important to remember that many things can go on in the body that aren't related to cancer, but it is good to have everything investigated.
Take care, and if you find it helpful to talk things through with one of the nurses on our helpline the number to call is Freephone 0808 800 4040. The lines are open from 9 am till 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Sarah.
