I'm sorry to say that I'm not completely certain about your situation. Are you referring to smouldering myeloma? If so, it means that you have myeloma which is not currently active. You may like to read more about smouldering myeloma here. Your hospital specialist will want to monitor it closely to ensure that it remains stable.
Your doctor may have ordered a PET scan to check if the myeloma is affecting other areas of your body. I wonder if you have a specialist nurse who you can talk to about your concerns or speak to your hospital specialist.
