It is usually best to speak with your team about your treatment plan and what they hope the treatment will achieve as it is individual to you.
We have information about immunotherapy and liver cancerhereand as you can see this is often given when surgery is not possible and the cancer has spread. Whilst immunotherapy in this instance usually can't cure the cancer it aims to try and control the cancer ( by either shrinking or stopping it's growth) for as long as possible.
