Hello. I am a lynch syndrome patient who undergoes regular colonoscopy s. I was asked if I would have a stomach biopsy done. Nearly 3 weeks ago. While having this done they found a hiatus Hernia and Barrett's. Biopsies taken. No one spoke to me before I got as discharged, just handed a copy of the report. Not even the normal advice sheet for recovering from Biopsies. I have normally been informed within 2 weeks with results. This time it is coming up for 3 weeks. Just wondered if this was normal? And any advice on treatment for Barrett's. Thank you.
