I had breast cancer. I believed that I was due to have mammogram in May on existing bios. Received letter today for apt on 28th of this month. Freaked me out a little as I don’t know why it’s three months earlier than planned.

any ideas of why?

Hi Teazy,

A very warm welcome to our forum. This sounds like an administrative boob! However, take the appointment, as many people are currently having to wait longer than scheduled for their appointments, due to the chaotic stare of the NHS. I hope that it all goes well.

I don't know why and cannot give you an answer. You can ring the booking department directly to enquire.

It may be a streamlining of upcoming appointments or an administrative issue.
