I have a small ball like thing under my chin, and there's a small swelling under the chin, I'm not having any symptoms at all. I've had this for 2 days.
We can't diagnose anyone on the forum. It is only your GP who can examine the area and tell you what it could be.
If it does not settle down then do make an appointment and go and see your doctor. It may well be a swollen lymph gland that may have come up as a result of a recent infection. Swollen lymph glands are common and will usually go down after a couple of weeks.
Stay away from google as this often leads to more worry and will not tell you what it is.
