I'm afraid we don't know the answer to this question as we are not involved in your clinical care and do not arrange hospital tests. Your specialist team are better placed to advise you on how long it takes for the homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) test to come through. If you have a specialist nurse involved in your care then perhaps they can provide you with further information on this. You often have to call and leave them a message and they will get back to you.
