Hi WNAI like you I got diagnosed with Angioimmunoblastic T cell in September 2023 I have just finished my chemotherapy in December I had my stem cells harvested ready for transplant.I had a PET CT scan done on the 19/01/2024 and about to discuss the results with the consultant today .

Good morning, I wondered if you could tell me if you had multiple tumours and did the chemotherapy put you in to complete remission prior to the stem cell harvest?

I had raised lymph nodes in the neck area only after I finished the chop chemo my care team wanted me to have a PET CT this showed a slight uptake on the pelvic area.I t then came to light that the scan was done too soon after finishing the chemo.

They was pushing to have the stem cell transplant as soon as possible I am presently in remission

WNAI not sure what your situation is regarding this type of cancer ? Can you clarify please

I was diagnosed, via needle biopsy, two years ago but I’m currently in remission. I am trying to gather information in case there is a reoccurrence.
