I am sorry to learn what you are going through at the moment.

It can be a worrying time waiting to have an operation. Although you have high-risk HPV and cervical changes, it is unlikely this is linked to what has been found with the fallopian tube, ovary, and womb lining.

HPV (human papillomavirus) is very common and most people in their lifetime will have it. There are many different types of HPV and some can lead to cervical changes in the cervix, this is not cancer. I might be wrong but it sounds like you had an ultrasound scan which has picked up the abnormalities you have mentioned. It is important to know that there may be several different causes for this that are noncancerous. Once you have your laparoscopy the team at the hospital will be able to give you more information
