Whenever anyone tells us about any new symptoms then we always encourage them to make an appointment with their GP. It is only your GP who can make a medical assessment after they have examined your two lumps.
There are other causes for lumps to occur other then cancer so try not to think the worst.
If they are painful then it may meant that you have an infection but it is only your doctor who can make that assessment.
