I have a colostomy and over the last few months I've been developing systoms around stomach cancer I've been very I'll and I've been finding it very difficult to persuade my Dr to get mevtested
I am sorry to hear about the symptoms you are having at the moment that are worrying you.
It can be very frustrating when we don't feel listened to or taken seriously by a doctor but I would encourage you to make another appointment when you can.
It may be better to ask if you can see or speak to a different GP so they can assess you with a fresh set of eyes. Then if they feel necessary they can arrange some further tests or refer you to another team at your nearest hospital.
Most symptoms won't be the result of a cancer but if symptoms persist and don't go away they should be checked out just to be on the safe side.
