I am sorry to hear about your situation and the worry it is causing you.

What I can say is that generally when doctors perform examinations they will tell you what their impression is of something from their experience. It is only once the final results come back from the biopsies do you get the absolute exact result.

At the moment you are in a tricky time of still waiting for all the information about your situation, and it sounds like they need more biopsies to get this. This is understandably stressful for you and I hope you have some support at this time.
