Hi, I’ve just had my 3rd leep procedure in the past the results have come back positive margins this time it says uncertain appearance is that good news that it’s cleared or not ?
I am sorry but I don't know what they mean by 'uncertain appearance'. I would speak to the colposcopy clinic or your GP to see what it means for you and when you will be followed up.
It is difficult without being fully in the picture to know what they mean.

Hi, I ended up phoning hospital unfortunately it’s still positive margins and is in the cervical canal area , will this likely be a hysterectomy now? thanks
I am afraid that I do not know if you will need a hysterectomy, you may just need that area removed.
