I am in my 30s and have noticed multiple raised lumps forming under my skin around the hood and sides of my clitoris. 

I am sexually active, and are not worried these are any STDs.

They are not filled with anything either, they are very hard lumps, I have tried to squeeze one, out of panic and they r solid which ended up causing me pain. 

Should I be worried?? 

I know us women have lumps and bumps, but these r new.
