Many symptoms that aren't connected. Any red flags?

Hello, I was in the hospital in September with heartburn, they did a CT scan of the pelvic and celiac organs and found nothing. On gastroscopy, there was a slight bile reflux; I was prescribed almost no medications. Since then, the heartburn has improved, but the bloating after eating and belching is constant and noticeably worse. I did an ultrasound, everything was clear, except for a slightly twisted gall bladder, most likely from birth. Bloating medications don't help. This is the first thing that worries me.

Then, somewhere at the end of September, unpleasant sensations appeared on the right side of the face, and there was pain at the intersection of the top of the nose and eyebrows, and it was a little difficult to move the right eye. The lymph nodes are slightly enlarged and there is a small bump hard as bone above the 3rd tooth from above, also on the right. I did an x-ray of the teeth, an ultrasound of the lymph nodes, an MRI of the neck, an x-ray of the nasal sinuses, an optical tomography of the eye, nothing except the susceptible enlarged cervical lymph nodes. There is still mucus in the mouth since August, but they examined the nasopharynx and throat, everything is ok.

My lower back has been hurting for about two months (an MRI of the transverse section showed instability of L5 and a slight protrusion of L5-S1), but this week my tailbone hurts very badly, I can't help but sit and lie down, there was no MRI of the mesenteric section.

Blood also flows from the nose every 2-3 weeks, this has never happened before, but it stops quite quickly. Blood tests in November were mostly normal, except for increased amylase and cholesterol. And also minimal increased platelets, monocytes, and just a little lower hemoglobin, the doctors did not see anything dangerous. Also, 99% of antibodies to coronavirus in November, most likely, was ill, but asymptomatic.

Now the most worrying thing is the pain in my back, because I didn't hit myself, but my legs and my right buttock are numb, the pain is like a broken tailbone, but at the same time it developed gradually over the week. And a very swollen stomach, especially after eating or drinking, and food that comes out. What is most important now, because I am very anxious and have made about 7 fatal diagnoses during this time. What do I need concentrate on? Because when I talk about all symptoms to doctors they don't care of anything

  • Hello and thanks for your post

I'm afraid we can't say what might be the matter (diagnose) .Only a doctor can make a medical assessment, so we always encourage people to go back and see their GP if their symptoms are persisting. Doctors are trained to assess symptoms and can arrange tests if they feel it’s necessary to try to find out what might be going on.

You can take a look at the NHS website Every Mind Matters on coping with anxiety and look at their useful tips for getting by. I’m not sure if you are getting support to help manage your anxiety . Do speak to your doctor about this when you get the chance.

I hope you know more about your situation soon.

    Kind regards,

    Celene
