Anastrozole doesn't usually cause urinary symptoms and you can read more about this here on our website.  But people can vary in the side effects they experience.

Probably the best thing to do is to speak to your doctor about your symptoms. They can assess you and decide if you need to have any further tests. If you have a breast specialist nurse involved in your care then perhaps they can provide you with further information. You often have to call and leave them a message and they will get back to you.
