I am sorry to learn that you have had treatment for breast cancer in the past.

Unfortunately, I cannot say if the spot you have is something to be concerned about. It is always best to be safe and get anything like this checked by your doctor, they can take a look at the spot and they may be able to say what it is or refer you for further tests if needed. It is more than likely not related to the previous breast cancer but do get it looked at to be sure.
