Hi I wondered if there was a lactose free version or preparation Anastrozol or one similar as my consultant has asked me to start it but they are having trouble locating anything lactose free .
Lactose is present in many different types of medication. I am afraid that I do not know if there is a version of anastrozole that does not contain lactose.
The best thing to do is to discuss this with your GP or your local pharmacist, asking if there is a different variety or preparation of the drug.
