I understand that you are concerned about a neck lump, but I don't think the forum is going to be able to answer your question.

As nurses, we do not know what this lump may be and/or if there is a connection to your current health condition. 

Anyone who notices anything that is different for them is best getting checked out by a doctor as they can review, assess and decide if further investigation is needed.
