Have you had an ultrasound scan? I am not a doctor, but I understand that this may be an indicator of malignancy, although this is never definite and further tests may be needed before reaching a diagnosis. I sincerely hope that this does not turn out to be the case for you.

Hi yes I have a scan which revealed multiple swollen lymph nodes in my neck with loss of fatty hilum 2cm ....I have bone marrow warning liver an kidney..am so scared. I have been waiting 10 weeks for my biopsy
Ten weeks is a long time to wait for a biopsy. Is there any reason for this delay? Waiting for a diagnosis is always a worrying time, as our over-active imaginations go into overdrive. Have you had it yet or are you still waiting? Try to steer clear of google at this stage, as it tends to concentrate on the more spectacular cases and leads us to catastrophise, yet never gives us any answers. I can understand that you're scared, but cancer treatment is perfectly "doable". I have had 2 bouts of breast cancer with liver and kidney problems, but I am still here 14 years on from diagnosis and I still lead a busy and fulfilling life, so don't give up hope.
I think they forgot about me ...so I went private....I have got my biopsy on Tuesday it's been a long time coming. it's all started with scar tissue growing on my uterus in 2016 the hospital didn't ll me until 2021.all my bloods r abnormal. I am still waiting for another scan to see if it's growing...it was 5" back then. I have now got my local MP involved with the west Yorkshire integrated ca re board investigating the hospital. They have lied an left me with no treatment what so ever can I send my results on this ? Xxx.

The sentence you have posted, is I think a description from an ultrasound report. This can suggest an abnormal appearance, but this sentence on its own, is not a diagnosis. Unfortunately, we can't really comment much more, or suggest what this might mean for you. Your referring doctor will decide if any other further investigations are required to get more clinical information.
I can appreciate that it is an anxious time and hopefully, you will get to find out more about your situation soon.
