My friend as had her voice box removed over a year ago and as not been able to speak, there are hand held devices available for sale she said not available on NHS is there any charitys or grants available

The Swallows and Head and Neck Cancer UK are both charities supporting patients with these cancers, so it may be good to also contact them in case they can give any further support.
