I wasn't sure what your situation is, and whether you yourself are having difficulty in getting the drug. If this is the case, you may find it helpful to discuss any concerns you might have with your breast care nurse. You might also find it useful to chat with your pharmacist, or if you are having difficulties getting letrozole, perhaps contacting other pharmacies to see what their supply is might help.

it has been very stressful but hopefully it might be resolved tomorrow . For my last two months of tablets I called 10 plus chemists over the country and even Novartis (said there was no shortage of tablets) and ended up with Pharmacy2U. For this months prescription after more than 10 days Pharmacy2U then said they could not fulfil my order. On going to a new local chemist today the pharmacist at last admitted there was one drug in the tablet that could not be found - hence the shortage. He confirmed letrozole was back in supply but Femara was still very hard to come by but as I walked out the chemist he said he might be able to get them in for tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
