Yes, if you can do check this out with your hospital team/hospital specialist nurse, if you can. Otherwise your GP or local pharmacist can advise you. Some GP surgeries offer travel clinics with a practice nurse.

It is pretty likely that oral antimalarials are ok, and you will need to check out about which if any vaccines are also needed. Some live vaccines are not as effective, or recommended, whilst your immune system recovers post treatment. We have more information here,

Do ask your GP or local pharmacist about the yearly flu vaccine, the covid booster, and one off pneumonia jab too. These are not live vaccines. 

You may find that travel insurance polices will ask for an up to date medical summary from your Dr before covering you.
