i had no symptoms, but i got  picked up with the bowel cancer test. go though the process to find out whats up - its not great, but ok and no drama !. happy to chat if you want to understand more.

As there is no singular test that diagnoses cancer, there does need to be a few different tests to give an accurate picture. Particularly when the patient is symptomatic. A positive QFIT test can mean a number of things, including inflammatory bowel disease, but the colonoscopy will help to give a much clearer picture and biopsies can be taken.

I take it it would be very unlikely to be cancer if bloods are clear though?

He has plenty of symptoms but bloods samples are clear so I'm taking that as a very good sign?

You have to wait for further tests and their results before knowing the true picture.
