Confused and need help

Hey!

I've had swollen lymph nodes in my neck armpit and groin for 5 months now,the first month I had severe fatigue and night sweats along with testicular swelling and weight loss,that went away and I've felt fine since

I've had 2 ultrasounds and 6 blood tests all came back clear

This week I've noticed larger lymph nodes in my inner thigh and at the top of my hip,the one in my armpit has shrunk considerably but the others have stayed the same and with the new ones appearing on my hip I'm very concerned and cannot sleep.

The doctors thought it was mono but said it was too late to test for it as I had nothing show up on my ebv titers. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I am sorry to hear about the symptoms you have been having and the worry they are causing you.

    Unfortunately no one here can say what the matter is so really it would be best to speak to your GP about this.

    It sounds like you have had a series of tests that have all come back ok, which is good news. Your doctor is thinking it may be down to having mono (glandular fever) but unfortunately too late in the day to test for now.

    Swollen lymph nodes are common during or after an infection and in some people can remain for a long time after an infection has passed. Lymph nodes are also much more obvious and easy to feel in thin people. There are also some people who naturally have larger and more noticeable lymph nodes as part of their anatomy.

    Speak with your doctor when you can to mention these new lymph nodes and see what they suggest.
