By now, the red spot on your stomach may have resolved or faded. But I'm afraid our system does not allow us to accept any photographs so we were unable to view the picture you sent. But most skin changes tend to resolve over time.
However, we cannot tell anyone what might be the matter (diagnose) . Only a doctor can make a medical assessment, so we always encourage people to make an appointment see their GP if they are worried about persisting symptoms.. Doctors are trained to assess symptoms and can arrange tests if they feel it’s necessary to try to find out what might be going on.
If this remains a worry for you I that you see your doctor soon.
