There are many different dressings that are available at your local chemist. I would ask their advice about what they think would be suitable. A large plaster may do the trick as it is also waterproof.

I would also make sure that you wear an effective sun cream and keep out of the midday sun. Make sure that you cover up if you are out in the sun or sit in a shaded area.
