We are unable to give you a diagnosis as we are nurses and not part of your hospital team. But, what I can tell you is that the prostate is divided up into 2 lobes either side of the urethra. From what you have said your cancer is within the right side lobe. Where exactly the cancer is determines the stage of cancer and therefore how it is treated. This link here from Prostate Cancer UK explains the stages with diagrams of the prostate.
