Hello Keely,try not to stress too much . Do you have lumpy breasts when you are menstruating ? I used to when I was in my twenties and thirties , had it checked as well ,it was just hormonal . Maybe you are making it sore ,examining it a lot . I remember doing that too. Let me know how things go ,good luck hopefully it’s nothing to worry about but always check things out . I wouldn't say its necessarily in your head you will know more than anyone else ,I've read about lumps appearing overnight that weren't there the day before ,thankfully you haven't got long to wait now and don't forget its more likely to be something else other than what you are worrying about .

I do hope so but now it's there I feel its better me face every out come as there's nothing I can really do now! thankyou! like I said previously our family history with this isn't a great one so I'm expecting the worse, if it's not it will be a relief obviously, but feel I need to be prepared! thanku x
