New to this page but I feel I have nowhere else to ask. 

I had a mole excised 13 weeks ago and was told I'd have results in 8 to 10 weeks. On the 10th week I rang my hospital and they said it's been sent on for further investigation. I'm now on my 13th week and have tried to call as many times as possible. As a person who has anxiety and depression this has really hit me mentally and I asl have some other conditions which give me cognitive problems so this stress really hasn't helped at all. 

I've spoken to the pals team and they have said they will try to hurry along the progress which was 2 weeks ago. I feel I'm being impatient but I also know someone recently who had all of there cancer treatment paperwork go missing transferring from hospital to hospital so I'm very aware that things like this do happen and it causes more panic!
