Brachial Plexus Radiation Neuritis

Two years ago I had 20 fractions of radiotherapy @48 Gy following a neck dissection to remove lymph

nodes  at dervical L5 on the left hand side of my neck because of Melanoma. For the past year I have had  sere pain in the left hand side of my neck radiatingacross to my shoulder, I have full movement and weight  bearing ability but the pain can be debilitating..

I have been dignosed wuth Brachial Plexus Radiation Neuritis a progressive condition affecting the nerves in therachial plexus. I have had a root nerve block, shockwave therapy, Graston scraping, Physiotherapy, Tens machine, and most pain killers and nerve blocking medication.

Can anyone tell me what my options now are ?
