Hi Liz, is your mum wearing a garment for lymphoedema.? If you get in touch with Breast care nurses they will put you in touch with the lymphoedema nurse to be remeasured I am sure ,

Thank you ! Yes she has a sleeve , but the bandages seemed to work better . I’ll try to get hold of a nurse. 

Ok fair enough , can you do the bandaging ? Might have to go to Lymphoedema Clinic x

Just googled and there are some in England . I would phone your local hospital and ask them 

Thanks so very much for your help! Mum doesn’t complain , but her arm is getting so very heavy now , I can see her discomfort:-( . I’ll call tomorrow.

I am sorry to learn about your mum. As others have said I think it would be a good idea to talk to the breast care nurse and find out if your mum can get some advice or be seen by them or the local lymphoedema service. As she has a sleeve already I wondered if she should get in touch with whoever provided it. The British Lymphology Society has a directory of lymphoedema services on their website at this link.
