Hello Johnndon, that must be uncomfortable, the fresh blood does sound more like a tear or haemorrhoids,but I would have a chat with your local pharmacist or make a GP appointment, just to be on the safe side . Drinking plenty is important too and some exercise will help too . Do you eat plenty of fibre ,like lentils or beans ? Hope you can get things sorted x

Eat kiwi fruit every day, depending on your build, I eat one per day, but, at your age you should eat 2... I suffered like this, then I saw a documentary on TV, where it recommended kiwi fruit, they said it was the best natural laxative out there, it honestly works....as Rumpelstiltskin said, it's important to drink plenty of fluids too

Might honestly give that a go, not a massive fan of kiwi but if it sorts my gut out then no problem, thanks to you both calmed my nerves a tad.

What will really get things going is ,tinned prunes . I also cook with them ,nice with chicken and lamb

I make a smoothie every morning, just wash and chop the kiwi ( unskinned) and throw it in, with whatever you like, I used frozen blueberries, frozen avocado, spinach oats, anything you like really...whizz it around and hey presto! A lovely drink, that only does the trick, but, works!

Hi there , my advice would be to see your Gp. In the meantime I suggest drinking lots of water , trying fruit , vegetables , weetabix ( not all together lol) For peace of mind though see your Gp x
